►►Welders

Utilize your MIG welding skills to fabricate off-road heavy equipment. There are a number of positions open for all levels (trained, skilled, competent and expert) welders. You will position, align, and fit together fabricated plates, structural shapes and weldments prior to assembly. Candidates for this position must have proven experience with multi-pass welding of thick plate steel. This is not a pipe fitting or thin gauge welding Shop.

Qualifications/Responsibilities: Set-up of various welding equipment, basic math skills, ability to read blueprints, drawings, layouts, welding procedures and placement of blocking, braces and jigs to hold parts. Grind or chip rough edges, surplus weld or scale. Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. and frequently lift/move up to 100 lbs. Welding Certification or 2+ years industrial welding experience required. Will be required to pass pre-employment welding test and be certifiable. Pay based on testing and experience.

2nd shift M-TH, 4:30 pm - 2:30 am (OT is F, 2:30 pm - 10:30 am)

Shift differential $.50/hr

►►Manual Technical Writer

If you are career focused and results-oriented with a "can do" attitude this entry-level exempt position may be for you.
 
Position Summary:
Manual Technical Writer is responsible for "Championing" all product lines' Parts & Service Manuals.
- Follow through with Sales Order (10%).
- Coordinate with Build Sheet (20%).
- Coordinate workflow with Engineering and Service (25%).
- Writing of Parts & Service Technical information (25%).
- Completion of full Parts and Service Manuals for all machine lines (20%).

Requirements:

Minimum of AA degree (prefer BA in related field) with Production Engineering experience. In lieu of BA, a minimum of four years equivalent work experience. Highly proficient computer/software skills: Quark, Quadra-space & CAD. Proven ability as a proficient speller, to set priorities, manage several projects simultaneously and pay attention to detail.
